I am getting an error that says "It appears that the user data is currently being edited by another user" what do I do to solve it?

The solution is dependent on where the error occurs.

If the error occurs when clicking management > configure EstiMate then you may be missing a printer driver and will want to define a printer in Windows, even if you do not intend to connect a physical printer to the computer.

If the error occurs when trying to select a new seed (production time)value.

Then the error is usually solved by rebooting the computer.
